You retain ownership of the trips, notes, and other content you create. By using the Service, you grant Trailyn a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content.

Travel recommendations, itineraries, and place information generated by Trailyn are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Always verify important details — such as opening hours, prices, travel advisories, and bookings — before you travel. Trailyn is not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

The Trailyn name, logo, design, and software are owned by Trailyn and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
